Pofi data deletion
Pofi has no user-facing account sign-up. It uses a technical guest identity to associate processing files and purchase access with the correct installation.
Delete from the app
- Open Pofi.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete processing data and confirm.
- Keep the displayed request number until the request is complete.
This route deletes the technical guest identity's server-side uploads, generated files, eligible export artifacts, history, and privacy request records, then removes the installation identifier and secure processing session from the device.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@vesikalik.app with the subject “Pofi data deletion request”. Include a prior deletion/export request number if available. Do not attach a photo or identity document. Support may need limited information to locate the correct technical record and prevent deletion of another person's data.
Deleting Pofi data does not cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription. Cancel an active subscription separately in the store account used for purchase. Store transaction records may be retained by Google, Apple, RevenueCat, or the publisher where required for payment, fraud prevention, security, or law.
